Privacy notice
How ReverseGenAI uses your personal data, including our disclosure under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Who we are
The data controller is TUVAL TASARIM ARAŞTIRMA DANIŞMANLIK MEDİKAL ÜRETİM İTHALAT İHRACAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, İçerenköy Mahallesi, Umut Sokak, Quick Tower Sitesi No:10-12/69, 34742 Ataşehir / İstanbul (MERSİS: 0872060022600014), operating the ReverseGenAI service at ai.mentor.tr ("we"). What we collect
- Discovery call requests: name, work email, role, company, the programme you're interested in, the challenges you tick and the task you describe.
- Mentor applications: name, email, strongest area, languages, LinkedIn or portfolio link and the workflow you describe.
- Builder Circle seats and the waitlist: name, email, role, preferred circle language, time slots, time zone, focus areas, challenges, and your agreement to keep other members' work confidential.
- Collected automatically: the country your connection comes from (to show prices for your region) and technical browser signals used by the spam check. We do not store your IP address in our database.
- If you join a programme: your bookings and attendance; with your consent, the video and audio recording and transcript of each session; the AI-written summary, practice task and prompt pack; and your mentor's notes.
- Emails we send you: a record of which message was sent, when, and whether it was delivered.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To answer your request, prepare an offer and run your programme (scheduling, reminders, session links): necessary to set up or perform a contract with you (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
- To keep forms free of spam and the service secure: our legitimate interest, which does not override your rights (Art. 5/2-f).
- To keep invoices and records the law requires: legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).
- To record sessions and create AI summaries: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1), asked before recording starts. You can refuse or pause recording at any time; your programme continues without it.
We don't use your data for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't make decisions about you by automated means alone.
Recordings and AI summaries
Recordings, transcripts and summaries are visible only to you and your mentor. In a Manager or Builder Circle, they are shared only with the members of that circle. If your employer pays for the programme, its HR team sees attendance and progress, never recordings, transcripts or summaries. Your mentor reviews each AI summary before you see it. The AI provider we use processes transcripts under business terms that do not allow training its models on your data.
Who processes data for us
We use the following service providers, each bound by a contract to process data only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database, file storage, spam check and staff sign-in.
- Resend: sending emails.
- Daily: video sessions and recording (when you join a programme).
- An AI model provider: writing session summaries (when you join a programme).
Some of these providers store or process data outside Turkey, including in the European Union and the United States. These transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK, using the safeguards it requires. We share data with public authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Discovery call requests: 2 years after our last contact with you.
- Mentor applications that don't proceed: 1 year.
- Waitlist entries: until you leave the waitlist, or 1 year without activity.
- Recordings, transcripts and summaries: 12 months after your programme ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as Turkish law requires.
- Email delivery records: 1 year.
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores your language, region and curriculum choices in your browser so they stay the same on your next visit. Cloudflare's spam check reads technical browser signals to tell people from bots. The staff-only admin area uses a sign-in cookie. None of these track you across other websites.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you can ask us to:
- tell you whether we process your personal data, and give you information about it;
- tell you the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose;
- tell you who in Turkey or abroad your data is shared with;
- correct incomplete or inaccurate data, and delete or destroy it, and inform those it was shared with;
- object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis;
- compensate damage caused by unlawful processing.
Send your request in writing to İçerenköy Mahallesi, Umut Sokak, Quick Tower Sitesi No:10-12/69, 34742 Ataşehir / İstanbul, by registered electronic mail (KEP) to tuvaltasarim@hs01.kep.tr, or by email to kvkk@mentor.tr from the email address you gave us. We reply free of charge within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu). We apply the same rights to everyone, wherever you live.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date above. For significant changes affecting clients, we'll also tell you by email.
